Best practices dictate that informal performance reviews are to be conducted regularly during the normal course of business and should be used to reinforce performance and behaviors that are in synergy with the Company’s goals, mission, and culture. Such real-time informal reviews are the primary method by which employee performance is communicated. Nonetheless, the Company also conducts more formal performance appraisals once per year, though our annual performance appraisal is more streamline than in years past due to the implementation of regular yet informal performance reviews.
